He is a HIV/TB specialist and a surgeon and other bodily ailments with over 17 years of experience on both locally and international developments programmes. Doctor Saidu manages community health challenges for internationally funded programmes, such programmes funded by CDC, PEPFR, USAID, TY DANJUMA Foundation and lots more. He currently supports and leads Nigeria government and internationally funded programmes, such as community health clinics through free surgery and day to day running of Outpatient clinic and providing care, treatment and supports for HIV/AIDS clients, Providing total, comprehensive continuous and patient centered care which includes Antenatal care, Prevention of mother to child transmission (PMCTC), Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) & Anti-Retroviral Therapy (ART) for an assigned group of patients. He manages other HIVs interventions, as well as TB Cases.

He is theMedical Director Of Jibrin Magwari Memorial Hospital, as well as the Executive Diretor of Greenland Hospital.

Doxa-Xchange Dance & Art, popularly known as Doxa or DX Dance Project, is a nonprofit dance and Art Project, aimed at building a stronger community through dance, while cultivating the field of modern dance across various cultures in Nigeria in a competitive platform; it includes areas of choreography, acrobatic and other forms of aerobics. Our members comprise of advance Dancers and Trainees of all age (Children, Teens & Adults).
