REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) – TRANSPORT SERVICE PROVIDER

Freehearts Africa Reach Out Foundation (FAROF), on behalf of the SNEEM Project Consortium coordinated by Super tech Foods Nigeria Limited, is seeking qualified and reputable transport service providers to support the movement of project staff and partners for activities across various implementation locations within Kaduna State and other target areas in Nigeria.

1. Scope of Work

The selected transport company will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and well-maintained vehicles for the transportation of project staff, consultants, and partners during field activities, trainings, monitoring visits, and stakeholder engagements. The service will include:

• Provision of vehicles (with or without drivers as required)
• Daily, weekly, and monthly transport support for project activities
• Ensuring vehicle insurance, roadworthiness, and safety compliance

2. Expected Vehicle Types

Interested companies should be able to provide one or more of the following vehicle types:

• Toyota Hiace Bus (15–18 Seater)
• Mutibushi/Toyota Hilux Double Cabin Pickup
• 4WD Utility Vehicle (SUV)
• Sedan Cars for inter-city movement

All vehicles must be in excellent mechanical condition, insured, and roadworthy.

3. Duration of Service

The service contract will cover an initial period of twenty-four (24) months, subject to renewal based on satisfactory performance and continued project funding.

4. Required Documents

Interested service providers must submit the following:

• Application Letter or Cover Letter expressing interest.
• Company Profile (including CAC registration certificate and TIN).
• List of available vehicles (make, model, year, and condition).
• Valid Vehicle Insurance and Roadworthiness Certificates.
• Driver License(s) and Proof of Safety/Defensive Driving Training (if applicable).
• At least two (2) references or evidence of past experience with NGOs, donor-funded projects, or corporate organizations.
• Proposed rate per trip/day/week/month or a general rate sheet.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

6. Evaluation Criteria

Quotations will be evaluated based on:

• Compliance with submission requirements
• Quality and condition of vehicles
• Safety and insurance standards
• Experience with NGOs/donor projects
• Cost competitiveness and value for money
