Mrs. Feyisayo is a monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with over 10 years of experience in the development space. Her expertise lies in database management, data analysis, community development, monitoring and evaluation, project management, training, coaching, and mentoring. Additionally, she has gained extensive training in a variety of areas and has consulted for a variety of organizations, including the United Nations Agency on Drugs and Drug Control (USAID), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) (CRS), 4ChilDREN (2016), and the Society for Family Health (SFH). She has also received specialized training in Social Investment and Household Economic Strengthening, standardized psychosocial support, Project management, and Green Energy Finance.

Mrs. FEYISAYO  successfully established Village Savings and Loan Association groups at the community level and trained community members as quality assurance teams for the group. She also served as a consultant assistant team lead for Cedro Royal Multiventures Limited to provide Technical Support for MSMEs, Cooperatives/BMOs, Market Actors in Poultry Processing Value Chain for income and employment Creation in Plateau State, implemented on behalf of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
