Mrs. FEYISAYO is a graduate of physics (BSc) from Adekunle Ajasin University, with over 15years experience in development work, highly motivated and being an independent monitoring project officer with sound working experience with International Nonprofit Organization INGO.
Mrs. Feyisayo is Certified in the following areas: Health, Safety, Security &Environment -MITA (IIRSM, IISSN), CEVA Computers and Technology, National Youth Service Scheme (NYSC). a certified Social Worker, Monitoring and Evaluation specialist and a Child Protection, practitioner with competency in Household Economic Strengthening programs. She has served from 2012- 2014 as the information, feedback and knowledge management focal person and independent Monitoring Officer for Immunization Plus Days (IPDs), Nigeria with the World Health Organisation (WHO). She is highly in-depth in programme development, oversight and evaluation, innovative and having good communication, networking, mobilization and report writing skills. Comfortable in working with local as well as people of diverse ethnic background at various level. She had worked as a volunteer for Nigerian Red Cross Society, and currently consulted for Freehearts Africa Reach Out Foundation (FAROF as the M&E Learning Consultant. She is a well-known Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist in Kaduna state, Feyisayo has experience in database management with professional ability in use of excel, Enhanced Independent Monitoring (EID) tools, DHIS, NOMIS, DATIM, STATA, SPSS and other M&E related software. She is also experienced in the application of Information Communication for Development (ICT4D) using devices for mobile data collection. She has core competence in Data Analysis, Community development, Monitoring and Evaluation, Data management and, Training, coaching and Mentoring. She has received training in many areas and consulted for many organisations, including Participated in the Household Economic strengthening Workshop by (USAID, CRS, 4CHILDREN,2016), Breakthrough Series Collaborative intervention model for Adolescent and Young by Society for Family Health-SFH 2017, ETC.
She has consulted for UNICEF-Kaduna 2017-2018 as an Adolescent Trainer, she participated between 2015-2017 as a household economic strengthening Consultant for a sub grant awarded project under the Comprehensive 6=1 Service for OVCs and Care givers project funded by CDC/PEPFAR, she trained community members as data quality assurance team for Village savings and Loan Association VSLA scheme and the setup VSLA groups at community level. She was a Trainer on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development and Financing for Friends for global health Initiative in Nigeria- FGHIN 2016, Participated in the Sustainability workshop by (USAID,CRS and 4children) and other consultancy jobs
