HIV and TB are the world’s two deadliest infectious diseases. Moreover, these epidemics are tragically interconnected, as TB is the leading cause of death for people living with HIV.
FAROF works with the Federal Ministry Of Health FMOH and partners to build sustainable and high-impact national HIV response programs from the grassroot level up to national. The objective is to reach the Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AID (UNAIDS) 95-95-95 goals and accelerate HIV epidemic control.
FAROF Health project is designed to directly implement Health program in hard to reach areas of our communities with the influence, Experience and knowledge of professional member who are in the health sector and who have been in this field for 25years and above, also members who have represented Nigeria in other Africa countries such as Rwanda. With full partnership with the communities’ district leaders, we reach this HIV infected/affected people directly and indirectly. Our program initiative is aimed to improve individuals health & own life skills, helping communities in improving service delivery of HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis, health services/prevention and Optimum participation from community groups, both religious leaders and opinion makers.
